  • We make every effort to display the colors, fabrics, and descriptions of our apparel as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly differ depending on your monitor or display settings.
  • All prices listed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive/exclusive of delivery fees as indicated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to modify product prices, promotions, or discontinue items at any time without prior liability.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee immediate availability. In rare cases where a product runs out of stock due to physical showroom sales, we will notify you promptly to offer a replacement, store credit, or order cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders with suspicious details or incomplete shipping addresses.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad), and online bank/card payments (where available).
  • For deliveries outside Dhaka, an advance delivery charge (or full COD confirmation) may be required depending on store policy.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, images, brand names, product photographs, and text displayed on this website are the proprietary property of Gents Gallery. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Gents Gallery will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or courier-caused delivery delays resulting from severe weather conditions, regional lockdowns, or political events.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the consumer protection and commercial laws of Bangladesh.
