Welcome to Gents Gallery. We are committed to delivering your orders safely, accurately, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our operational procedures and timelines.
Delivery Coverage & Timelines
- Inside Dhaka: Standard delivery takes 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation.
- Outside Dhaka / Nationwide: Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days via our authorized courier partners (e.g., Steadfast, Pathao, RedX).
- Express Delivery (Dhaka Only): Same-day delivery may be arranged upon request with additional express courier charges.
Shipping Rates
- Inside Dhaka: ৳60 – ৳80 (Standard flat rate).
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120 – ৳150 (Depending on parcel size and courier rates).
- Note: Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be automatically applied at checkout.
Order Confirmation & Processing
- Verification Call: After placing an order online, our customer support team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your address and item size before dispatching.
- Order Dispatch: Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM are dispatched to the courier hub on the same business day. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays may experience a slight delay.
In-Store Pickup Option
Because we have a physical outlet, customers can choose to place orders online and pick them up directly from our retail shop with zero delivery fees. Simply inform our support team before pickup so we can have your package ready.
Delivery Inspection & Tracking
- You will receive an SMS or tracking link once your parcel is handed over to the courier service.
- We strongly advise customers to check the package externally and verify the product in front of the delivery agent before completing cash-on-delivery payments.
